Emily advises emerging technology companies and established  business owners in many aspects of their business including buying and selling companies, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, leases, complex tax re-organizations, financing and drafting key contracts and agreements.

Emily's experience includes working at a large London, England hedge fund with a focus on futures and FX with a strong emphasis on liquidity, risk control and research combined with real world trading experience. The hedge fund provides services to professional and large institutional clients.

​Emily completed her Masters of Law (LLM) at the University of British Columbia and her Bachelors of Law (LLB) at the University of Queen Mary in London, England.  Emily completed her Bachelors of Arts Degree (BA) (Economics) at the University of British Columbia.
